CardFlow Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 20, 2026

CardFlow (CardFlow LLC — formation pending) ("CardFlow," "we," "us") helps sports-card and trading-card sellers identify cards and create listings on eBay. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using CardFlow you agree to this policy.

Information we collect

How we use your information

eBay integration

When you connect eBay, you authorize CardFlow to act on your behalf to create and manage listings and to read your business policies. Your eBay tokens are encrypted at rest and used only to perform actions you initiate. You can disconnect your eBay account from CardFlow at any time, which revokes our stored tokens.

How we share information (service providers)

We never sell or rent your card images, listing data, inventory, or eBay credentials, and we do not share them with advertising providers. We share data only with the service providers ("subprocessors") needed to run CardFlow, each only to the extent required to deliver the service:

We may add, remove, or replace service providers at any time as the Service evolves. A current list of named subprocessors is available on request at admin@mycardflow.com.

Cookies, analytics, and advertising

We use cookies and similar technologies (pixels, tags, SDKs, and local storage) that are necessary to operate the Service — for example, to keep you signed in — and to understand how the Service is used so we can improve it.

We may also, now or in the future, work with analytics and advertising providers to measure and run marketing campaigns on third-party platforms (for example, search, social, and display networks). These providers may set cookies or pixels that collect identifiers such as your device or browser identifier, IP address, and the pages you view on our site, and may use that information to show you CardFlow ads elsewhere and to measure how well those ads perform. We do not provide your card images, listing or inventory data, or eBay credentials to advertising providers.

We may add, remove, or replace analytics and advertising providers at any time; a current list is available on request at admin@mycardflow.com.

Your choices. You can control cookies through your browser settings. Where the law requires it, we will ask for your consent before setting non-essential cookies or advertising pixels and give you a way to withdraw that consent. Some privacy laws — including California's — define a "sale" or "sharing" of personal information broadly enough to include the use of advertising cookies for cross-context behavioral advertising. Depending on where you live, you may have the right to opt out of that sharing, to access or delete your personal information, and not to be discriminated against for exercising those rights. Contact us at admin@mycardflow.com to make a request.

Data retention and deletion

You are in control of your data:

You may also email us at the address below to request deletion, and we will erase your data.

Security

We encrypt sensitive credentials (such as eBay tokens) at rest and isolate each customer's data so one account cannot access another's.

Changes

We may update this policy; material changes will be reflected by the "last updated" date above.
