These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a binding agreement between you and CardFlow (CardFlow LLC — formation pending) ("CardFlow," "we," "us") governing your use of the CardFlow website, application, and services (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
CardFlow helps you identify trading cards from images and create, price, and publish listings to your connected eBay account. Features, including AI-assisted identification and pricing, are provided to assist you; you are responsible for reviewing all listing content, prices, quantities, and inventory before publishing.
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract. You are responsible for the activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
The Service integrates with eBay and other third parties. Your use of eBay is governed by eBay's own terms and policies, and you authorize CardFlow to act on your behalf to create and manage listings at your direction. You are responsible for complying with eBay's rules, marketplace fees, and all applicable laws when listing and selling items. We are not responsible for the acts, policies, outages, or decisions of eBay or other third parties.
Card identification, titles, and price suggestions are generated with the assistance of automated systems and may be inaccurate or incomplete. They are suggestions, not guarantees. You are solely responsible for verifying card details, conditions, quantities, and prices before listing or selling. CardFlow is not liable for losses arising from inaccurate identifications, prices, or listings.
Card identification consumes credits. We offer subscription plans and one-time credit top-ups. Paid plans renew automatically each billing period until canceled. Prices are shown at checkout. Payments are processed by Stripe; by purchasing you also agree to Stripe's terms. Except where required by law, payments and used credits are non-refundable. You can cancel at any time from your billing settings; cancellation stops future renewals and takes effect at the end of the current period. We may change prices or plan features with notice for future periods.
You agree not to misuse the Service, including: violating any law or eBay policy; infringing others' rights; uploading content you don't have the right to use; attempting to disrupt, reverse-engineer, scrape, or gain unauthorized access to the Service; or using it to create false, misleading, or fraudulent listings.
You retain ownership of the images and data you upload. You grant CardFlow a limited license to process and store that content solely to provide the Service (including sending images to our AI provider for identification). You are responsible for your content and for ensuring you have the right to use it.
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or to protect the Service. On deletion, your data is erased as described in our Privacy Policy.
The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that identifications or prices will be accurate.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CardFlow will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the three (3) months before the event giving rise to the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold CardFlow harmless from claims arising out of your content, your listings and sales, or your violation of these Terms or any law or third-party right.
We may update these Terms; material changes will be reflected by the "last updated" date above. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
